They are nice and heavy and go perfectly with our perfect tea maker, unlike other mugs we had originally tried. We bought the first one in the [...]and bought 3 more online. These are the only mugs we use now; coffee, tea, hot chocolate, you name it we use these great mugs for it. We've had them for over a year and the markings on the cups are still perfectly intact, though we've never used them in a dish washer.

I bought two of these mugs, one for me and one for my husband. We use them every morning for Earl Gray tea. I havent had any problems with the writing coming off, but I have only washed them in the dishwasher a few times, otherwise I wash them by hand. I would recommend these mugs if you like a big cup of tea.

These are nice mugs, but all the writing, etc. wears off within 4-5 washes in the dishwasher. Might as well just buy plain mugs elsewhere (for a lot less money).

Bought these to go with my Perfect Tea Maker and they are fabulous. I also use them daily for my coffee (sorry tea enthusiasts). They are the perfect size for my caffeine fix, fit nicely in the hand, and have a good solid weight to them. I wash them in the dishwasher and the etching seems to have held up well.

I got this to go along with the fantastic Perfect Cup Tea Maker. It fits the tea maker perfectly. I like the "make tea not war" Monty Python saying on the mug too. The glass seems to stay warmer longer than the commom "American" style coffee mugs. Very good.

Perfect with the very inexpensive 16 and 32 oz. "tea makers" that Teavana sells - the ones where you pour water in the top, steep, then set on top of this cup to strain out the bottom.

Allows you to see the beautiful colors of the tea you're drinking. I always feel special when using them. They look elegant, classic even, and are not fragile,but have a look as if they should be. I don't think they could improve on this one. I bought 1 to see how I liked it, went next day and bought 3 more for a complete set. Will buy a couple extra in case they break down the line, and may not be made anymore and I would be very sad!!!
