I bought just enough of this to make two batches of tea in the 32oz perfectea and I wish I bought more! It is one of our very favorites so far. We're slowly working our way through the non-caffeinated teas. Both my husband and I and our kids enjoyed this one. It is definately on my "to buy" list.

I got hooked on rooibos tea when I was living in South Africa 12 years ago, at which time it was nearly impossible to find in the US. I used to love Teavana's Rooibos Oasis, which has now been discontinued, and now Rooibos Tropica is my favorite. Hot or iced, night or day, this is a fantastic tea. Fruity but not too fruity, and with some soothing floral undertones. LOVE this tea - I just hope it never gets discontinued so I can keep buying and drinking it forever!

The tea itself is quite weak. In combination with the Jasmine Dragon (green) it provides a nice comforting aroma and taste to the palate, as well as a smooth, dry finish; not unlike a red wine. I would like to try this cold, but have only recently received it. This was a good combination of tea's, but I would not drink the tea by itself (unless of course the cold-brew makes it stronger)

My whole family loves this tea but I just wasn't on board. There is something about the flavor of this tea that I don't like, not sure what it is. I tried mixing it with several different teas and I finally found a combination I love. It is great mixed with moroccan mint!

I love this tea, it is one of my favorites. This tea is the tea I drink when I am not feeling well. It is so smooth and soothing to drink. It is fruity, but not too fruity. Sweet fruit garden is an extremely fruity tea, but I would say that this tea is somewhere in the middle. If I want it to be a little fruitier I add some sweet fruit garden to it. It is great for mixing with other teas and it is even better on its own. I highly recommend this tea.

I love this tea. It is one of my favorites. It is very fruity and almost tastes like fruity pebbles, which I happen to like. I usually use no sugar. I will purchase this tea again.

Reviews are highly subjective and one person's favorite tea may be another person's least. I tend to like light, fruity, sweet white teas or herbal infusions as well as the occasional green tea as long as it's not too earthy or vegetal tasting. I also like spicy teas such as a good cup of chai, as well as teas with cinnamon and/or vanilla. I tend to dislike robust black teas, anything that tastes like coffee, and anything with a floral smell and/or flavor. To give you a better understanding of why I like this tea, here is how I have rated other teas:

The rhubarb in this rooibos is fantastic, such a nice and unexpected flavor! I've only had this tea hot and I can hardly tear myself away from it. It's my go-to feel good tea. Rooibos Tropica came highly recommended from a friend and I'm glad I bit.

I absolutely LOVE the rooibus tropica! it is exceptionally great paired with the jasmine dragon pheonix pearls green tea! the peach isn't super noticable. this tea has such a great flavor, you don't even need to sweeten it!

Rooibos Tropica is a great rooibos to have on hand because you can enjoy it alone or as a base to mix your other teas with. Mild rooibos tea pairs wonderfully with tropical flavors. It's citrusy, sunny and warm...in a cup! I'm convinced that beach bars would double their business if they served this in addition to those fruity, tropical drinks!

I mix this tea with Peachberry Jasmine when I went to change it up. I would recommend this as a mixer, and above most other Rooibos teas; however, I would not drink it by itself.

I drink a LOT of tea, and I have to say that this one HAS to be one of my favorites. It has a fantastic flavour and is the only tea that I feel is JUST as good (if not better) when cold than hot.

The coolest part about this tea is that anytime I feel a cold coming on or my allergies starting to flare up, I drink a few cups of this and within hours, it was like it was never there. It is SUPER useful. Great tea.

I tried this tea after my husband had bought me the gift set for my birthday. It was our favorite out of the four flavors. I love the aroma of it and the flavor is nice. I'd add some sugar to it to really bring the aroma to life in your mouth. I was defintely pleased with this tea.

I'm not a tea expert by any stretch, but this tea is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I discovered it walking through a mall in the middle of winter. Samples! Fresh brewed and mixed with the Jasmine Dragon Pearls, it smelled unlike anything I had smelled before. It was so fragrant and had a wonderful floral, fruity smell. I strolled over and took one sip out of that little plastic cup and it was LOVE! It is absolutely fantastic. The taste and smell were just so perfect, I felt warm and fuzzy all over. Such a bright, happy and warming tea. I drink it year-round, hot or cold, and any time of the day with just a drizzle of honey (although it's fabulous without). I drink it light in the summer and usually cold, and switch to a warm, more concentrated (and more sweetened!) brew during the colder months. Thank you Teavana for opening my eyes to the wonderful world of tea!

this is a good tea i do recomend it as a blender but not really by itself i think it is a little bland. sometimes i give it my kids if they are sick to soothe them before bed. i boutht this tea to mix it with rasberry sangria or the rasberry mate.

when i first opened the bag the smell was a it strong. when i brewed it and let it cool the taste was amazing!! i think this has to be one of the best teas i've had from teavana. it is fantastic iced and very refreshing. you can really taste the peach..it makes it so smooth somehow. good after taste as well. i could drink this all day.

This was my first foray into rooibos tea and I was pleasantly surprised with the result. Normally, I opt for fuller, fruitier tastes that would be more appropriate later in the day, mostly because they're too strong for early morning teas. However, I found this tea to be light enough to enjoy all the time and definitely enjoyed the spicey, slightly citrus-y taste that came with it.

My only critique is that, if brewed with the advised amount, it was a little too light and watery. I'd suggest counting on using extra dried tea if you like your teas thicker.

This is the first tea that I have bought from teavana. It is really fruity. However, it does need a little sugar. I never believed people when they said that you could brew tea more than once but this one is actually better with the second brewing.

I ran out of this a while ago, but I still remember it fondly. I usually drank it at night in place of my other teas since there's no caffeine in it, and it's got a tinge of sweetness while not being overwhelming (so it's good with or as dessert). One of the best aspects of it is that it has a very natural flavor and feel to it. As a student who needs some tea to bring down the stress levels, this is one of the best choices; it certainly helped me!

This is an excellent tea, but though I think it has amazing texture and taste, it would be best served as a starter tea to ready your tastebuds for more complex, more full teas. An occasional revisiting of this tea is always nice though, and though preferred hot... a little alcohol in this iced tea feels nice.

I bought this tea combined with the jasmine dragon pearls the first time I went into the Teavana store. To me it tastes like liquid Pez (if anyone remembers what Pez tastes like). This combination is my go-to tea when I cannot decide on what I want to drink in the morning. Please don't discontinue this tea like you did with the Rose Garden! Roobios Tropica is a wonderful treasure I found during my first visit to Teavana. I have tried almost all of the roobios teas but I keep coming back for this one. Alone, this tea is pleasant, but not perfect. When combined with the Jasmine Dragon tea pearls, however, it's fantastic!
The Mall of America Teavana combined the two in one of their tea testers. I came back three different times to try it before I purchased the biggest container of it I could.

I got this tea as a part of the sample box. This one quickly became my favorite and I went back to get a large tin of it on my very next trip to the Teavana store. The first thing you will notice about this tea is it's lemon/orange scent. And that smell comes through in the taste as well. This is a great tea on it's own or blended with other teas. It has a delicious aroma and is perfect with only a few crystals of sugar. Just writing about it is making me crave it again. I make this in my iced tea maker. I add several other Teavana teas to mix it up a bit. The Earl Grey Creme is an exellent blending tea with this tea, as well as the Phoenix Jasmine Pearls. I blend the teas, make it iced, add a slice of orange and viola! It is the perfect drink to sip on all day long versus coffee. So refreshing. Guests at my house look forward to this tea whenever they come over.

I like the rooibos teas mixed with other teas and iced, personally. My favorite mixer with the Rooibos Tropica is the lemon green tea (which I hope they still carry in stores since I don't see it online). Many of Teavana's teas are great mixed with others. For this reason, I always store the individual teas separately. That way, you can always experiment with new mixtures.
