Simply delicious. I drink this tea in the afternoon and evening since it is caffeine-free. Yin Yang Dragon is highly aromatic -- everyone who walks by my desk when I'm having some remarks on how marvelous it smells. My whole family loves this tea. My five-year-old even asks for it for her tea parties. It is mild, comforting, a little spicy, delightful by itself or blended, and superb hot or iced. Enjoy!

I received a 2 ounce pack as a gift and drank it all within a week. This tea has a very unique fusion of flavors. It's a good blend. The pink bruised pepper gives it a subtle kick of flavor during the finish of the sip.

I ordered most of the new 2009 teas and this is the first one I have tried.
I love this tea!!!! The name absolutely fits this tea; the flavors are
all balanced together. I added a teaspoon of rock sugar and a dash of cream
and this tea is better than dessert! If you like a warm and toasty and you like
truffles with a spicy kick....then you will love this tea!

I'm ordering more of this NOW. This tea is awesome! I could not describe the taste as it is such an unusual blend of flavors. And to think, I almost didn't order it because the cocoa (which I can not distinguish) just did not sound appealing. This is one to always keep on hand, mmmm.....

When you first smell this tea, it is very strong and may put you off a little. It brews very nicely though and it perfect with just a small amount of sweetener.

this is a unique tea flavor. it tastes like a lot of things but you can't describe it as anything you would drink before. it is spicy but not too spicy. it has some of tropical taste. very pleasing and different. this tea is one of my favorite. i know that it might get expensive but it is worth it.

I am new to Teavana and am a new FAN! These are the best teas I have found to date. This tea I can't describe except I mistakenly over-steeped and it was still great with a tiny after bite of pepper. This is not a weak, bland tea. It is full of flavors, many flavors that smelled great and filled the room...it was like cheating or sneaking a decandent treat! This is delicious tea. A real treat.

I only bought Yin Yang because my local Shop staff gave me a cup with this mixed in Sweet Oolong Rev to try. And they were so spot on with that combination the way they compliment is amazing.
But I did not think I would like it by itself...
I'm drinking it now and it is excellent alone.

This tea reminds me of Spanish cuisine and the way they mix spices. There remains a balance between sweet and spicy that is extremely delicate.

And brewing this slightly strong is a good idea. 2 scoops per cup.

Just decided tp try this with an order...was pleasantly surprised and will order again...sweet and spicy..don't really taste the cocoa myself, but do taste the pineapple, rooibos, and a hint of peppery afterbite...good stuff with a touch of honey. Teavanna really rules in the herbal/fruity arena.

This is the first tea i've tried from Teavana, and though I normally dislike any tea that has pepper of any sort it it, this one had just the perfect balance to it's fruitness that I found myself actually loving a tea that has peppers in it.

Over it' smooth and tasy enough to enjoy without any sort of sweetener that might ruin it's great taste.

The best description for this tea would be 'bitey.' The only thing remarkable about it is that peppery bite at the end. I may try blending it with another tea to give it more flavor.

I agree that this one is better when steeped about 6 minutes with a good helping of it per cup. It tastes great when it is a bit stronger. I like to mix mine with a bit of soy milk and I find that the candied fruits add just enough sweetness that it doesn't need any additional sweetener. I drink it in the morning, afternoon, and especially enjoy it in the evening. It is very soothing and comforting before bed time.

This is a great variation for anyone that likes Azteca fire. It's just a little bit more complex.

The first time I made it, it was a little too weak for me (I like a strong flavor).

I experimented with both time and amount and I've found I prefer brewing 5 minutes, but at about 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces.

This has a lovely balance of spicy and sweet. I love the slight bite given to it by the peppers. I drink it when I want something that has a good, complex flavor but is still somewhat soothing.

I don't even like cocoa but this tea is so good. The cocoa is so well balanced by other flavors. I sometimes find it difficult to fall asleep so I avoid stimulating teas after 2pm, but I take this at 8pm after dinner and I have no trouble sleeping. Please try it, its an amazing tea!!
