The Waikane Golden, Premium Light Amber Honey is a produced by our bees located only in the remote pristine uplands of sacred Waikane Valley on the Windward Side of O`ahu. They gather nectar from a variety of wild flowers including several types of lilikoi (passion fruit), Java plum, strawberry guava, lehua ohia and hau (hibiscus). This blend of nectar consistently yields a rich, golden amber honey with a very pleasing floral flavor reminiscent of the delicious fruits of Waikane.

I love this honey. It's much sweeter, but not as thick as the regular off brand honey that my family usually gets.
I've only tried it with the Utopian Jewel Oolong tea, but it's a wonderful sweetener. Just a small spoonful is more than enough.
I would definitely recommend this honey.

this is a nice tea. i use it instead of german rock sugar sometimes. it's particularly good with the fruity/herbal teas. i use a spoon to get it out of the jar and i just add it into my perfect tea maker with the tea.
