This tea is very nice. It smells so yummy! It is nice for after a meal because it leaves a great chocolaty after taste that may curb a need for dessert!

I loved this tea. Its green tea flavor is present, but mild and cooperative. The nuts and the chocolate flavor is VERY present, and with a tiny dash of sugar really brings out the fullness of the body. I bought 2oz to try it, and I am ordering 4oz more today-- it went in our household in under a week. I take it to work with me, I drink it at home, I even iced it for a dinner party (to rave reviews.) It isn't weak if you brew it correctly, and it isn't bitter-- it's a mild, light, deliciously flavorful tea.
I was hard pressed to think of ANYTHING wrong with this tea, except that it wasn't available in our local Teavana store, which is why I have to order it online.

Hello, my name is Amy, and I am a ChocoNut-aholic. True story- I went to my local Teavana and bought a stock bag of ChocoNut, joking with the cashier about my addiction to it- I read the label sort of halfway and noticed that in the ingredients was listed "Cracknel bits," only I read it as "Crack bits." No wonder it's so addictive! We both had a good laugh. Seriously though, this tea is the epic achievement of millenia of mankind's relationship with tea. Even the smell of it is intoxicating, and the taste delivers on its richest promises in every way. I am Southern and love to drink it iced. You can really smell and taste the nuts and chocolate, and chocolate, as we all know, is the food of the Gods. I don't care much for the fruity teas as I find them too acidic and harsh. This tea is smooth as velvet. My one recommendation would be not to steep it too long, as it can become bitter if steeped too hot or left too long. Also, I don't use nearly as much as they recommend; I get a large pitcher made from using only four of their little scoops in the 32 ounce tea maker. I steep the first round until all of the leaves have settled to the bottom and drain it into the pitcher. I love watching the little flowers open up and the leaves unfurling and floating to the top, then gently settling to the bottom a little at a time like a snow globe of springtime. It brings a wonderful feeling of peace and tranquility. Next, I pour another 32 ounces from my kettle onto the same four scoops, re-using them and letting them steep a bit longer the second time. After adding this round to the pitcher, I fill it the rest of the way (another 24-32 ounces!) with cold water and put the whole pitcher in the refrigerator. Even at this dilution, the tea is still strong enough to take a handfull of ice, especially if it has been refrigerated. I use this recipe for all of the Teavana teas except for the white teas. They last a lot longer and taste much better to me this way. Made by the Teavana recipe, the teas are too strong and may seem bitter to me. Don't take that as as reflection on the tea, just experiment with how you make it until you find the recipe that works for you. :-) Just to review, ChocoNut is the best tea I have ever tasted EVER in my life as a Southern woman who drinks tea the way many people drink coffee or water. If you like chocolate, green tea, or nuts, buy this one!!! :-D

I love chocolate, and I love how this tea smells. I especially enjoy it in the winter. It's a gentle, round, warm, soothing tea.
It tastes much different than it smells, which I find disorienting. The flavor is a rather weak green tea, especially compared with the delicious aroma.
Despite this drawback, I still enjoy this tea.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
I LOVE Teavana's flavored teas, and I LOVE iced tea (Green, Black and Oolong), but I cant stand iced tea to be flavored, yuck! This Choco-Nut Green tea is the only flavored tea I can drink cold so far. Not only the fact its the only one I can drink cold, but I love it cold! I buy this tea in large amounts to have a pitcher in the fridge at all times. I don't add honey, lemon or anything, just a touch of sugar (or on days I don't want the sugar I use Splenda).
Also, when I brew this for a pitcher I can get away with using the same leaves at least twice. I can get a small 48 oz pitcher filled using the amount of tea (plus a little more, I like it strong) called to make 24oz.

Be careful to steep no longer than 2 minutes or it gets bitter. The flavor is unique and so choconutty!

I have this wonderful tea for breakfast every morning. Fulfills my chocolate cravings while still healthy.

I was not a tea drinker when I wandered one day into Teavana and decided to try this tea because I am a chocoholic. To my surprise, not only did I enjoy the taste but my chronic heartburn completely stopped. I don't know whether this is an attribute of all green tea (or just sipping hot water) but I have now been drinking (and enjoying) this tea regularly for six months...and I intend to continue!!!

This tea is just perfect. I love green tea and find that this is the best green tea I've ever tried. I love to blend this tea with the Masala chai, it's delicious.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
I love this tea--it's perfect for anyone who likes chocolate. I agree with some reviews that say it can be weak on its own, but it's FABULOUS when blended with other complementary flavors. My favorite: ChocoNut Green Tea and MateVana tea (which has a chocolatey, coffee flavor). Those two together just make a wonderful morning tea--even better with a bit of honey. This is one I will keep in my stock of teas.

I was starting to get a little sick of the fruity teas, but I like something in the morning or afternoon to cure my sweet tooth. This is the perfect tea! Its nutty/chocolatey. But a word of advice- you need some type of sweetener to bring the flavors out. Otherwise, it tastes a little bland. I usually brew the same leaves twice, and the second cup is just as nice as the first!
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
Nice flavor, nutty with a hint of sweet. Absolutely delicious aroma, reminds me of hot chocolate. I prefer it with a small bit of sugar with some milk.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
This tea was just too strong for me. The nut flavor overwhelmed everything else.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
A decent tea for the price but somewhat disappointing. While it has a good choco-nut scent, there's not so much in the taste unless I add a lot of leaves to the brew. Not bad though.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
I bought this tea because it smelled wonderful. I was very excited to try it right away only to be a bit dissapointed. It tasted very watered down after following the instructions on how to brew it. I then added cane sugar which made it taste better. It definately does not taste as good as it smells or looks.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
This tea was honestly a bit of a disappointment. The nose is wonderful, but the flavor isn't nearly bold enough; in fact, the tea is rather weak and watery despite proper brewing and good equipment. It's a wonderful concept but I would like to see a bolder taste.
Recommended, but with caveat.

Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
The "green" taste is subdued by the cocoa and nut flavors. Thats why I find this unique and with a very refreshing taste. Even though its desserty to me , I still love it in the a.m or when I have a little chocolate craving. Very sastisfying. I like it sweetened but can go without sweetener easily.

I love to make this tea in the morning and as an after dinner tea. It's nutty taste is reminiscent of hazelnut liqueur. It also curbs my appetite.

Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
This is one of the best flavored teas out there for chocolate and nut lovers. I drink it iced, and you can't beat the aroma and full bodied flavor. It is certainly a tea you will never tire of. It can be used as a diet aid since you would rather drink it than eat... It is truly that satisfying. I can't find another chocolate/nut flavored tea from any other distributor that compares in quality and flavor.
Comments about Teavana ChocoNut Green Tea®:
A unique tea, the aroma is wonderful. Slightly bitter hot, however the bitterness disappears when chilled. Excellent for iced.
