Returns & Exchanges
Teavana strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience each and every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
Simply fill out the information on your packing slip and ship your return or exchange to our warehouse. For your convenience, you may use the sticker from the front of your invoice on your box. Please pack the items carefully so that they do not break or become damaged. If you would prefer to avoid the shipping cost of the return, the items may also be taken to your local Teavana retail location, which can be found at teavana.com/retail. No returns are processed at our retail locations. The store will send the order back to our warehouse on your behalf. The refund/ credit will then be processed when the order has been received and processed back in our warehouse.
Return of full-priced items with the original purchase receipt can be exchanged or refunded back to the original tender of credit card, debit card, or store credit gift card. If the original form of tender has been lost or stolen, or if an in-store return of $100 dollars or more is made, we will issue a check for the full amount of the return from our headquarters and mail it out to you right away.
Teavana is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. We strongly recommend having your gift card registered at starbucks.com/card/rewards. This will not only entitle you to earn special rewards, but also offer a level of protection should your gift card be compromised.

We try to make sure every item has the correct pricing. In some circumstances we may have the incorrect price posted, if the correct price is lower you will be charged the lower price, if the correct price is higher we will contact you before charging the card.

Shipping Rates & Policies
Typically, orders placed by 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day. Please allow 4-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive within the continental U.S. During periods of heavy order volume such as November through December, please note that processing and shipping times may be extended and orders are filled in the order they are received.
FREE ground shipping for orders over $50.00 applies to orders shipping to one address within the U.S. and Canada.
For orders with multiple ship-to addresses, a shipping fee of $5.75 will be applied per shipping address.
It is of utmost importance to us that your Teavana orders are shipped promptly and with care.
