This white tea has an extremely high amount of antioxidants. Studies show that white teas may help to inhibit the growth of certain cancers, naturally detoxify the body, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. This tea has approximately 1% of the caffeine in a cup of coffee.

How to Prepare
Use 1 tea ball per 8oz of water. Heat water to 180 degrees and steep for 3-4 minutes or until fully bloomed. Good for multiple infusions. 2oz equals approximately 8-10 balls of tea.
