This tea is very high in antioxidants and aids in detoxifying the body. Studies show white tea is excellent for the skin by reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Research indicates white tea may inhibit the growth of certain forms of cancer.

How to Prepare

Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 175-180 degrees and steep for 1-1.5 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
