Decaffeinated teas are often confused with caffeine free teas. Caffeine is naturally present in most types of tea, such as green and black teas, and when tea undergoes the decaffeinating process, a very small level of caffeine remains. However, caffeine free teas, like herbal teas and rooibos teas, do not contain any caffeine. These caffeine free teas can be enjoyed any time of day or night and some taste great as an iced tea.
Also consider white tea which has very little caffeine, just 1% of the caffeine in an average cup of coffee. To find out the caffeine content of any Teavana tea, just look for the caffeine content symbol.
