How to Prepare
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water just until boiling (208 degrees) and steep for 5-6 minutes. 4oz of tea equals 50-60 teaspoons.
Ingredients: Green and red rooibos, blueberries, dried peach pieces, grapes, rosehips, hibiscus, yellow safflower petals, red beet root and black currants.
