How to Prepare
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to boiling (208 degrees) and steep for 5-6 minutes. Four ounces of tea equals 50-60 teaspoons.
Ingredients: Red rooibos, roasted mate leaves, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, lemongrass, cardamom, chocolate pieces, almond bits, cactus blossoms, cornflower petals, and sunflower petals. This tea contains nuts. Now lactose-free!
