Health Benefits of Sweet Oolong Revolution Tea

Oolong teas are often called 'diet teas' because of their ability to burn fat in the body and increase your metabolism. Studies show that Oolongs are also good for digestion as well as skin and teeth. The Rooibos tea may also help improve digestion and help fight allergies and colds. This tea contains approximately 5-10% of the caffeine in coffee.

How to Prepare

Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of water. Heat water to just before boiling (195 degrees) and steep for 3-4 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
