How to Prepare
This tea is made like a traditional green tea, rather than a Matcha. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of water. Heat water to 175 degrees and steep for 2 minutes. 2 ounces of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons. Ingredients: Kukicha green tea (leaves, stems, and twigs) and Matcha (powdered, young Gyokuro leaves).
