Citron Sonata Green Tea
This green tea is very high in antioxidants, including EGCG. The added fruits and Rooibos offer vitamins and minerals, particularly Vitamin C, and may help reduce allergies. Studies show green tea may help to boost the immune system, inhibit certain cancers, regulate blood sugar, lower cholesterol, sooth the stomach and digestive system, and promote healthy skin, teeth and bones. How to Prepare
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 175 degrees and steep for up to 2 minutes.
