Darjeeling Vidyaranya Black Tea
Studies show that black tea assists in lowering cholesterol, preventing the absorption of cholesterol into the blood, gently stimulating the heart and circulatory system (keeps blood vessels soft), regulating blood sugar and lowering blood pressure. Black tea can also help prevent heart disease and strokes. Contains 20% of the caffeine in a cup of coffee.

How to Prepare
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of water. Heat water to just before boiling (195 degrees) and steep for 3-4 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
