How to Prepare
Use 1 ball for 16-32oz of water, depending on the strength of tea you desire. Heat water to 175-180 degrees and steep tea for 3-5 minutes. You can leave the blooming tea in the pot, if you prefer. Ingredients: White tea from Suzhou hand-tied with an Amaranth flower.
