100 Poems by 100 Poets White Teapot Set

Hyakunin Isshu' is a Japanese anthology of 100 poems by 100 poets. Compiled in the 13th century by poet, Fujiwara no Sadaie, each poem is comprised of waka, 5 line poems of 31 syllables. Our 16 oz white square teapot is adorned by black calligraphic lettering depicting a Wedding Poem. Comes with a beautiful bamboo handle, built-in strainer & four 4 oz cups. The artist's insignia is imprinted in red.
